People who need to train at home or outside of a gym
* This program is more intense than the Rehab 1 program. Be sure that you can sufficiently maintain control with the related movements or return back to the Rehab 1 or less demanding options
Who Is This NOT For?
Elderly people with very limited movement capacity (need specialized support)
Anyone with a chronic disease, injury or health condition which may be inflamed this type of exercise (if you are unsure please consult your doctor)
